It Is The Best Flat Iron Ever And By The Way If You Have Thick Hair You ALWAYS Should Straighten Smaller Sections... I purchased this flat iron about a year ago and use it 4-5 days/week on my hair. It heats quickly which is great for minimizing your time in the morning. It straightens very well and the de-ionizing has really made a difference to keep my hair healthy and strong. I use it for straightening as well as putting a little flip at the end of my hair. Once in a while if I 'flip' too far I get a small crease which is the only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars. The crease is very easy to get rid of though. This product is absolutely worth the money that you pay for it. I would say it is the best valued flat iron out there. I would (and have) recommended this iron to friends.
