this is great for dry patches as are all the ahava products. salt really keeps moisture in and dead sea salt is loaded with beneficial minerals. I like the whole line but It's geared towards moisturizing, not drying.

I had a problem with very dry skin right above my nose on my forehead, along my nose edge and cheek bones, but I also had a problem with oily, shiny skin on my nose and chin.
