SO i read many reviews on this product both good and bad. I actually bought it year ago and was so skeptical that i returned it. Well today i went out and bought it after mustering up the courage to do so. I applied it as the instructions said and.....I am so pleased!!! I just saved myself 500 dollars by purchasing a 7 dollar product. Definitely recommend!

I have really thick, wirey hair. I have tried all kinds of cremes and sprays...to help my hair stay smooth, but nothing works. This product did though. I am so impressed. I followed the directions exactly and was nervous! The smell is bad and it is a little messy, but what a difference. I don't even need to iron my hair anymore. I have washed my hair several times since this treatment and so far so good - Still no frizz! I did wait 48 hours before I washed my hair after using this product. Also, I left this stuff in my hair for about 20 minutes. I do have some breakage, but nothing too drastic. I make sure I condition my hair really well and this helps.
Terrific removed my perm!

My hair was bleached constantly and then I decided to get a perm, which was a pretty dumb Idea. Dumber yet was going to a place I'd never heard of. The person DESTROYED my hair completely overprocessed it. When I let it dry naturally it looked like bride of frankenstein. This product, totally removed the perm. I still have damage and It prolly didnt do wonders for my hair's health seeing as it is another chemical process but Its not as bad as I thought especially with deep conditioning.
Does exactly what it says...

At this price, combined with all the positive comments, I figured I had precious little to lose so I gave it a try. Aside from the fact that I had to make sure the bathroom window was open (pretty potent aroma, but worth it) and cancelled any appointments I may have had that evening. It proved to be a more than worthwhile investment. As I was making the transition from Japanese Straightening to texturizing, I made very sure not to let the product overlap the previously straightened hair. I left it on just long enough to straighten the newer growth and it came out straight and healthy looking. Easy application, easy to follow instructions, remarkably good price. Not seeing any downsides here.
I wasnt expecting results this good...

Life as a teenager is difficult school, boys, and trying to keep yourself looking good. Everyone morning i would wake up and straighten my hair in order to keep it from getting uncontrollably frizzy during the day. And my curls? They were messy, had no definite shape, and wouldnt hold a hair style without heat being involved. I was desperate for some change. So when i found out about ONO naturally i felt i had nothing to lose cept 7 dollars. The results are AMAZINGGGG, most of my curls are gone and without blowdrying i end up with the beach hair look, and for a more sophisticated look i need minimal straightening- its so great! Sure the scents horrible and application can be messy, but id definately reccomend this product =]

I have very curly hair, all natural, have tried different products and every time it really damages my hair. This is the only product i have tried that actually relaxes the curl and it made my hair soft and wavy. Absolutely love it! And the price is incredible! I am not sure how long it lasts, but I am definately going to buy some more!

I used the curl remover about a week after I got a perm that I really didn't like. The curl remover completely removed all the perm from my hair with no noticeable breakage. In fact after using the curl remover my hair seemed to be in better condition than after the perm by itself. My hair is straight and soft. The curl remover left my hair slightly dry, which is to be expected with two chemical processes in one week, but one deep conditioning treatment easily remedied the dryness and my hair feels very healthy.

This product is a gentle mid level relaxer. Similar to a Rusk 3 product at a fraction of the cost. Be sure to shampoo this product completely out of your hair after leaving on hair for no longer than 10 minutes. Use a good strengthening shampoo to wash it out. Gentle enough to use often. Will not overstraighten hair, will not make hair brittle and dry, although it is reccomended that you use a conditioner afterwards. Great product. Highly reccomend.
Tinted/Highlited Formula on Very Dry&& Damaged Wavy Hair

After the strand test I was really excited, so I proceeded. I was then freaking out 'cuz I thought my hair was breaking and was going to be extremely damaged. I ended up only leaving in the step 1 for around 10 minutes and jumped in the shower in a panic. Well, it's the morning after and my hair is wonderful! I still have some crazyness happening around my face, but that's where most of my real "curl" is. The rest of my hair is a very very lose wave and remindeds me alot of the "messy beach look". Keep in mind, my hair has been through hell and back. It was bleached and double processed and I used a straightener on it almost every single day with little heat protection. Now it's soft and lovely! I'm all smiles!

I am the only one in my family to have thick, curly, wavy and unruly hair. Both my sisters have straight sleek hair, so I decided to give this a try since the price was good. I ordered a sedu with this order also, and since my hair was so thick I ordered 3 of these. I only used one, I can't believe it, and I'm LOVING my hair now. I can't believe my hair could look so good, it's not as thick anymore, I still have some curl which is what I wanted. I will totally use and purchase this product again, and I'll definitely order from Folica again in the future.
