I have tried many fake tanning products and this one gives 100% natural results and I have gotten many compliments on my gorgeous tan. Because the spray does get all over the bathroom and leaves a film - your best bet is to have someone else spray you outside or in your garage. Be sure to shave and exfoliate your skin right before you spray it on - this will help the tan become deeper and last longer. Use a full length mirror so you can lightly wipe dark spots with a dry tissue. You can then use a hair dryer all over your body to quickly set the tan. I would absolutely use this product at night before you go to bed so it doesn't get on your clothes and you can rinse off in the morning - then use a great moisturizer like cocoa butter or baby oil. To make your tan darker, use it every night for 3 or 4 days straight and then once or twice a week after that.
