I used this hair straightener on four different people 1. who has medium length slightly wavy hair 2. really short curly hair 3. long thick curly hair 4. long wavy hair it worked great for all four especially for the price. since it was small it was great for the 2nd person and straightened really quick for the 3rd person.

I've had my andis for two years, and it still works like it's new. My hair is very thin, but I have a lot of it, and the 1 inch plates straighten it perfectly everytime. It heats up quick too. It's also very affordable. I would definitly recommend this straightener to anyone with fine hair, but those with curly or thick hair probably shouldn't get this one.

I've owned this product for almost three years now, I purchased it at Walmart for under $20. I've never really had a problem with it, in fact, it's always done what I needed it to. Definitly not the best though, but worth the price. My hair has always been reasonably easy to care for, it's fairly long, average thickness and mostly straight. And this straightener worked great. It's VERY durable, (I don't know how many times its been dropped, stepped on, smashed, etc.) After about 3 years, it's still working, although the heat setting broke awhile back. It won't set at a specific setting, and will come on whatever setting at random. But overall, for the price, I can't complain.
Very Good Straightener!

well ive owned this for almost 3 years and its not let me down. the durability is great. i do have to go over the pieces twice but it come out nice. and it never pulled my hair it kept it straight for 2 days and i could flip my hair out w it aswell. its affordable and overall i would recommend this for some one with not so wild hair. i did my moms hair which is thick and wavy it took a while. its a good starter iron for teens and if you want something at a reasonable price. im retiring it and gonna try a sedu. hope it goes well
great value

This is my first flatiron so I can't compare to the others. I have been happy with mine and it works well on my medium weight hair. It straightens my hair really well, I do use a quality straightening product from "beauty brands" store. This could be the key to getting the best results with this iron. "Target" carries this iron, so keep in mind you would be able to return it if not satisfied.
