im white and have thick not dry but not prone to being greasy hair. my hair is very wavy so i straighten it everyday and by result it becomes coarse and split. i tried this product after being weary for a while about mixed review but oh boy i was amazed! even after the straightener, blow dryer, and curling iron its soft, light, and looks amazing! buy this product its worth the money and u wont just look good, u will feel good. i also live in humid conditions sometimes as well and this product helps fight the frizz

I used this with infra shampoo and silk infusiton. My hair is SO soft and bouncy. HG for me! I have semi-relaxed (texlaxed) hair that's been colored. My hair is SO soft and shiny. I was worried that i would have to buy a super expensive flat iron. I can now use this with my current iron and my hair looks like my hair stylist did it. Whoo hoo!!

the ONLY thing I can say bad about this is it sort of smells like cologne, but I personally like the smell kind of similar to biosilk silk infusion, but chi's makes my hair a bit more softer on the ends.. and biosilk makes my hair personally kinda frizzy. any whoo i've tried many silkifiers and i play to stay with this one!

its great for anything i do for my hair! this product is ONLY used for the sun and for before you flat/curl iron your hair and it def works excellent for those i always do soooooooooooo much stuff to my hair as in curl..........straighten.........blow dry etc i never did anything to my hair but put chemicals into my hair after for it to stay curled/flat/unfrizzy/etc so then i noticed that my scalp started to hurt A LOT and my hair started to dull and stretch out so i looked up the best haircare products evrerywhere (even youtube!) and chi everything was by far the most used :]

I have curly/wavy, kind of thick hair that tends to frizz. And, on top of that I live in Texas, with tons of humidity. And, I straighten my hair because when I wear it natural, my hair frizzes up! So, I spent $14 on this product because most reviews said it was good. I used it last night and my hair was extremely soft and felt healthy in the morning! I was really impressed! And then, when I straightened it with my CHI flat iron, it looked different- shiny, sleek, and thin, the way I wanted hair forever! I didn't think it was possible but this product made it happen. I was so impressed. Now, some of you, when you see the price tag, will drop this and look for something cheaper. But, I have found that I've spent lots of money on $3 conditioner that last me like a month. But, it all adds up. And soon, you'll be spending even more than $13! So it works and will probably save you money in the end, because you won't keep searching for products and spending too much money on cheap products that don't work. In the end, I say... BUY THIS PRODUCT. I highly recommend it.

The best hair products ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Everything, no exceptions.....I am using it for the past 3 years and I can believe that I used to live without CHI before. Thx a lot to those who created CHI

ok, I have wavy thick coarse hair and I do not like to blow dry or straighten, I let my hair dry naturally. This conditioner is awesome. I live in Houston, Texas; there is mega humidity here and my hair usually frizzes and I lose my curls/waves but I have just started using this and my hair looks great, no frizz, lots of body, does not look weighed down. I love it! I also have been using the CHI curle preserve system shampoo and it is great too. Whatever is in these products, it works. My hair hasn't looked this healthy in a long, long time. Buy it!!!!

I was just browsing thru the website and felt compelled to help some of the poor souls here who do not understand how to properly use this product .. or perhaps don't understand the purpose of this product. First of all, look at the bottle. What does it say? "Infra Treatment", "Thermal Protective". "Infra" meaning below or within .. Thermal means heat ... This product does EXACTLY what the bottle says. It infuses your hair with keratin, sulphur and other ingredients below the surface or within the hair shaft ("infra") to protect your hair from heat ("thermal") damage. Think of it as a hair "strengthener". When used as per the instructions (leave on 2-5 minutes), your hair gets unsurpassed protection from blow-drying, flat-ironing and curling irons. If you "fry" your hair, this product strengthens the hair to protect it from heat damage. Five stars! I'd give it TEN stars if I could. When used properly, you will get the results you want ... stronger hair. This product is not a detangler. If you have tangle-prone hair, I would suggest using Chi-Silk for easy combing. The folks who have negative reviews about these products must not be following the instructions... Remember ladies, "less is more" - this product requires only a small amount be used for each application. The scent is fantastic... and the results, when used correctly are nothing short of great. I highly recommend this product to anyone and everyone.

This product is wonderful. I have used Biosilk in the past and it DAMAGED my hair. Realizing that there is actually Alcohol in Biosilk (which dries out your hair) I turned to an alternative product to protect my hair from everyday blow-drying and straightening. My hair stylist recommended CHI and from the moment I used it, I love it! It smells wonderful and it works great. I tend to dye my hair a lot and on top of that, blow-dry and striaghten it everyday, so if you do the same, I'd recommend you put some of this product in BEFORE styling your hair. In response to "I wish I kept my receipt =(" Uh, you really are not that informed on hair products are you? Pantene? Tresseme? Thats like using Comet (a bathroom cleaner) on your hair! Its horrible for your hair! Thats why after you rinse the Pantene conditioner out of your hair, it feels like crap again!!
