I'v tried every type of nail cutter and this one is by far the best in every way including the price.It is safe to use especially if you don't want to run the risk of cracking or splitting the nail.It's Particularly friendly for child safty due to the great design because unlike other types of 'open cutters'a child cannot get a his/her hand across the girth od the handle.So in summery a great buy and an absolute must if you've got kids!!
