I have been using this product daily for more than a year. I have baby-fine hair and live in a very humid climate. This light gel spreads evenly and easily, and gives my hair great substance that I can work with. It isn't a holding product, so don't expect great hold--it just gives a bit of structure to the hair so it can be styled and still feel light and have movement. It is absolutely not sticky or heavy. I've tried many products recommended for my hair type, but stopped looking when I discovered this. For me, it's THE BEST.
