Smooth and silky! WOW what a great find! Just dot it on and even it out with your makeup sponge. It's a perfect base concealer when used with the "Original Rice Wet & Dry Face Power." This powder will blow you away! Be warned though! The colors are not true to their names. I have fair, olive skin and normally use a light powder, possibly a fair. But with this product I use the Laural Nude as it is lighter than the fair. Go figure? You might want to order a couple of colors to find the perfect match. Believe me, it's money well spent! These products are amazing time savers. A little bit of the rice concealer with the "Wet & Dry Powder" and you're good for hours. And I mean hours! I've tried many different concealers and this one works really well. Some are too watery, some too thick. This one is just the right consistency and texture. It covers completely and stays on all day.
