LOVE this product. Could not find a store bought iron that I really liked. No iron ever got hot enough. This one, I believes goes up to 400 degrees and with thick, wirey, wavey hair, you need something that is going to work without having to spend the time and energy to blow it straight first then straighten. My roomates always borrow it and they love it too. One of my roomates just bought one. A++++ for this HAI

I used to use other brands of flat irons that took forever to straighten my hair. Even when I switched to ceramic, I continued to have difficulty finishing my hair in an hour. I then notice my hair salon using this one so I went on the internet and bought it. This flat iron straightens my hair in about 20 minutes and makes it super straight.
