I am transitioning from relaxed to natural hair, and with my this flat iron you can not tell the difference. I have very coarse and thick hair and I have tried several different flat irons, such as the CHI and FHI, and none gave me the results like HAI. My hair is smooth, shiny, and weightless. I love that I am able to change the temperature and it's easy to clean after using. I will recommend this straightener, especially for the price I got it on Folica.

I love my HAI Flat Iron. I have very thick and wavy hair, and I usually am never able to straighten my own hair. I quickly received the HAI product and I was in awe of how straight my hair got!

I CAN'T STYLE HAIR FOR NOTHIN IN THE WORLD-I'VE BEEN MY HAIR DONE ONCE A WEEK FOR THE PAST 10YEARS- AFTER BUYING THIS PLAT IRON THRU MY STYLIST- I ONLY SEE HER EVERY SIX WEEKS TO GET MY HAIR TRIMMED! IT'S AMAZING- AFTER ALL OF MY FRIENDS SAW THE RESULTS OF ME DOING MY OWN HAIR- THEY ALL WENT OUT AND BOUGHT THIER OWN! I JUST BOUGHT AN EXTRA ONE JUST IN CASE!

I got this straightener in early 2006 and it's still working beautifully. I use it almost every day and it leaves my hair shiny and smooth. Before this, my straighteners broke every couple months... I've dropped it several times and the cord is always all tangled but it still works. I have curly/frizzy hair.

the title explains it all this has been working 3 1/2 years now... its starting to go after my cousin dropped it down the stairs and it landed on a tile floor.. Im so sad .. but you cant go wrong with the straightener.. I have thick blond hair and before i used this my hair would get fried from other flat irons after this my hair is shiny and smooth... so get the blue plated and you will never regret the decision =]

I am spanish with very thick curly hair at a medium length. It takes me about a 2 hours to straighten with a jumbo brush and blowdryer. This was a gift years ago from my sister and while working in a professional environment I used it a minimum of 4 days a week over the past 8 years!!! We both had one and used it regularly. The electic part where the twist is finally gave on both of ours the past week (from normal use) so here we are...the cost is little compared to what you get! EXCELLENT BUY - highly recommended!!!!

I bought this same straightner over 6 years ago and it is amazing! So great that when it finally went (I dropped on a cement floor) I bought another one. The heat settings are gvery accurate. I put mine on the highest setting and then you only have to go over your hair once, which is much better for your hair. This is a great product at a great price and I would recommend it to anyone.

My HAI flat iron finally gave out on me. The electrical portion (from all the twisting and turning over the years) gave out. I have very wavy, thick hair and this flat iron worked wonders. I was able to make curls that never fell out unlike many curling irons that I have tried in addition to make my hair extremely sleek. This iron does not grab or make kinks in your hair. Smooth ceramic plates! This is a must have flat iron!

I used many flat irons before i bought this. I just could not see spending that much money for a flat iron. All the cheap ones left my hair frizzy even with the non frizz products i bought. My daughter came over and brought her HAI I had her use it on my hair, it looked great, no frizz, my hair looked healthy and was soft and shiny. I bought one right after that and have had it for 4 years, my co workers all say i wish my hair looked like that and I tell them about the straightner and I tell them I will let you use mine before you buy it so that you can see how it does for you. So far all of my friends and coworkers have bought one after using mine. I am not a spokes person but I love this straightner.

I'm a hairdresser and have been using this iron for almost 5 years. Up until the end it worked just as good as the day I got it. The only reason I'm having to buy a new one is because my cord got caught and ripped the cord up!!! Make the investment. It's 125% worth it!
