Goodbye Carusso! I Love this set!

Hi, I have ultra thick, long hair(a bit past my bra clasp) and this set really gives me the curls I want. I got tired of fighting with my carusso steam setter(taking it apart to scrape and clean)and purchased this. I am glad I did. It doesn't take long to heat up at all and I like the option of using the pins or clamps to secure them. They feel very sturdy and well worth the price. I don't see how this product could have any negative reviews(unless they just purchased a lime)as my set works perfectly. I have gone through many sets of hot rollers in the past and now I've finally found a set worth keeping. I highly recommend this set. :-)

These rollers heat up very quick, and they give the hair a smooth soft curl. I have thick coarse color treated hair and they really curl the hair. Glad I bought them.

I bought these curlers after reading the reviews and I am so happy I did. I have very thick, wavy and frizz prone hair that is difficult to style. These curlers gave great body and beautiful curls. They really smoothed out my hair and surprisingly lasted all day. I would hightly recommend them.

I had purchased the small travel pack before but there were not enough rollers for my very thick curly hair. These rollers get hot very quickly, I love the velvet type curler, it doesn't poke into my head. It comes with both the typical metal clip that I cannot use very well and the fantastic plastic butterfly clips that hold every hair in place. These Jumbo curlers straighten my curly-frizzy hair into big beautiful soft curls, I get tons of compliments when I use them.

These are really effective curlers. They heat up faster than any other hot rollers I've tried. The velour-type coating hold hair in place and they are very easy to roll. They are fairly large, so they should be used if you want body and just a big of curl. I am extremely happy with them.

This is a really nice set. Makes my hair look great and is very gentle too. I would say that if you are on the fence about purchasing this, don't hesitate.

Works well for thick hair

Surprisingly, these curlers work very well for thicker hair. I have curly unrelaxed hair that I normally flat iron and then curl a bit with a electric iron, on the rare occasion I need it. To wear my hair up in a smooth style - I usu need more body, and these does the trick. The Babyliss heat up nicely and does not tear out the hair when removing the curlers.
