First...I got the product SUPER FAST!! Second...the dryer is the best. It was very easy to set up and it gets sooooo hot that it took less time than a hooded dryer. I am African American and have normal hair that was breaking. I used it for deep conditioning and regular drying. My hair has been growing ever since/bc I dont have to put heat for long periods of time on my hair!! Its works like the salon. Im also short and it adjust to you...not you to the dryer!

I recently purchased the Babyliss Thermal hood dryer and now can work out intensely and not worry about how much time it takes to dry my hair in the morning. My hair is soft and more shiney. I am black and have fairly thick hair (like Oprah's hair), but it is cut short. Drying time is approximately 15-20 minutes. I usually wrap my hair then spike it up after it's dried. If needed, I may use my ionic blow dryer just to dry the damp spots. Great product and highly recommended.

My husband and I both have long hair, past our shoulders, and we're always looking for easy & convenient ways to dry & style it. I've taken him to my stylist a few times for a shampoo and set, and he likes the results but is still not completely comfortable sitting in the salon under the dryer with his hair in rollers. I've also tried hot rollers, for both of us, but we both like the results better using the old-fashioned "wetset" method. He'll sleep in soft curlers occasionally but for every-day styling we needed something more convenient. So I finally swallowed hard and spent the money on the standing dryer. What a great decision! I can now do his hair on Velcro rollers, at home, and pop him under the dryer for a half hour. We've set up a "mini-salon" in our spare bedroom and it's been a godsend for us both. (He's actually getting pretty good at putting my hair up in rollers -- ) I set my hair almost every day and I do him in rollers 2-3X week. Since he can work on his laptop, or read, while under the dryer he's patient enough to let his rollers dry. We both enjoy our "dryer time" and the Babyliss dryer is definitely professional quality. Highest recommendation from a couple in rollers in Fla.!

Having very long hair, it can take forever to get it totally dry. I purchased this and believe me when I tell you, you won't be disappointed. I get under it and usually watch tv or play on the computer. Before you know it, your hair is totally dry and you are ready to go. It also doesn't frizz out my hair, which saves me from having to pull out the flat iron. Though pricey, to me it was the best money I ever spent. Saves me time and aggravation.

I absolutely LOVE my new BaByliss Ionic Hard Hat Hair Dryer. It dries my hair fast, and leaves it very shiny and healthy looking. It is easy to move from room to room, so I can even use it while I am on my computer. I would recommend this product!

As if the fast shipping wasn't a bonus enough -- the results are fabulous! I have thin, fine hair and what this dryer does to my roller-set 'do is incredible. I have beautiful body and curls the first day, then I can sleep on it and still have tons of body and waves on day 2. The body is still there on day 3! My hair ordinarily would fall flat in a couple of hours with a blow dryer and hot rollers. I always start out reading, and then zone out and enjoy the quiet time.

I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FOR MY WIFE. A HARD HAT HAIR DRYER. PRIOR TO THIS ONLINE PURCHASE. SHE DRAGGED ME EVERYWHERE, AND I MEAN EVERYWHERE. TARGET, WALMART, SALLYS BEAUTY SUPPLY, JCPENNY, SEARS AND SEVERAL MORE I CAN'T REMEMBER. THE ONE SHE WANTED NEEDED TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE TEMP SETTING. NO ONE HAD IT. MY WIFE IS A LITTLE LEARY ABOUT SHOPPING ONLINE. I TOLD HER I WOULD HANDLE IT FOR HER. I FOUND YOU GUYS AFTER GOOGLING AND IT JUST ALL WORKED OUT. MUCH BETTER PRICE THAN THE ONE TEMP SETTING WE SAW, BETTER QUAILTY AND GREAT SERVICE. MY WIFE IS EXTREMLY HAPPY WITH IT, AND I GOT TO WATCH THE SUPER BOWL IN PEACE, WHILE SHE DONE HER HAIR. The Babyliss Hard Hat dryer is awesome! It's the type of at-home dryer I have been looking for, for years. Now I can receive close to the type of results I receive at a salon.

I have really thick curly hair that takes hours to air dry. With this dryer I'm able to wash my hair in the morning (rather than at night) and dry most of it in about 15 minutes without frizzing it out! I sit under the dryer and and do my makeup (really efficient). I can now leave my house on a cold morning with my hair 70% dry. It's really unbelievable!

This is the best blow drier out there. Why? Let me explain... Well, I have such frizzy curly long thick hair which takes forever to blow dry. It has always been such a pain to blow dry my hair all the time because it took me forever, AND my arm would be aching regardless of the blow dryer I used. So I bought this babyliss hard hat dryer and crossed my fingers. Now, all I had to do to blow dry my hair was sit back, grab a magazine, and relax! Now, if only I could find a machine that would flat iron my hair...
