I have a thick head of soft, fine and very kinky hair (Black, Fijian, Native American Indian + Italian). I first used this Shampoo, followed by the matching Conditioner. There was a pleasant tingling sensation, as indicated on the product label. I am sensitive to strong scents & perfumes, but the light eucalyptus, etc. scent was quite pleasant and didn't trigger allergies. These products left my hair feeling extremely healthy & soft, and much less tangled than usual, with just my first use. I have tried numerous products over the years, and these are truly the best!

Root Awakening Shampoo and Conditioner: I recommend the Shampoo and Conditioner...my hair never felt or looked so vibrant in a long time. So soft and silky and smooth. (WINK)-Boyfriend Loves it!!! In styling my hair with a round brush and hair dryer is just about all I need. If I want I curl the ends for a polished look hardly takes any time at all. I also use the John Frieda's Weather Works Weather Proofing Style Sealant Creme, it really does keep the weather off my hair for a frizz free style...LOOOOOVE it!!!!!!! Thank you John Freida...Now do you have a Root Awakening shampoo and conditioner that will do the same by keeping my hair just as nourised with the all volumne to protect my color at the same time, then I really will be in HEAVEN!!

Awesome shampoo and conditioner. My hair is so dull, dry and brittle. I have used these products 3 times and I already can see a difference. The only other thing I hope happens is that it grows. My hair just quit growing. It breaks and splits, therefore, I have to continue cutting it. Try it. I guarantee you will like it.;
its okay

For the price, its an awesome shampoo. But beware of the smell! It literally made my eyes water in the shower, and i dont even have sensitive eyes!! It makes your hair soft, but not anything to rave over. Its basically good, but not great
