I'm half Italian and half greek (as if my name wasn't clue enough) which means my hair is SUPER thick and curly. I keep it straight almost always and before the sedu i have been using a Chi which did NOT WORK FOR ME AT ALL! It made my hair so damaged so i though it was time for a new straightener! After a long time of research i bought the Sedu and i LOVE IT!! I put some leave in conidtioner oroil and use AUSSIE 3 MINUTE MIRACLE on my hair, rinse it, then use biosilk or chi silk infusion and there! My hair IS SO SHINY AND SOFT AND TOTALLY FRIZZ FREE!!! My step mom has super fragile bleached hair and everyother straightener she used maker her hair super greasy but i turned the sedu down on the temp and her hair looked AMAZING!!! It is perfect for all hair types and the best flat iron i have owned! THANK YOU SEDU!!!
One of the BEST :-) Ch

This is one of the best flat irons that I have ever purchased. Before I use to use the CHI TURBO iron, which worked really well, but for some reason I like this SEDU Flat iron allot better, its smaller and easier to grab handle to. It gets extreamly hot and it works on all hair types. You really can't go wrong with this purchase.
2 years going strong!

Ive had this straightening iron 2yrs now & still works as great as it did the first day. I have thick wavy hair & i can straighten my hair in 10 minutes w the sedu. I love it & highly recommend it! I dont feel like im frying my hair when i use it & it doesnt pull my hair at the ends like cheap flat irons do.
Worth the $!

This straightener works just as well as it claims! Recieved mine in the mail yesterday and I'm already much impressed. I have naturally very curly frizzy hair and it makes my hair super smooth and stick straight! Much better than my old flat iron, which was a 70$ Jilbere`. Love it!
Awesome!!!

I just received my iron yesterday, and I love it...Let me tell you, I have never done my hair on my own. In my 20 years of life I have always gone to the salon gotten my hair done by a Dominican Lady that knows how to deal with my hair (very tight curly hair) and I have touched it up with my iron, but never had I done my hair all by myself. Yesterday I received my iron in the mail and I immediately tested it out. Let me tell you it looks great. I am very picky about how my hair is done, and let me tell you that it is soft and straight and silky. soooo straight I love it...Believe me this Iron works!!!
The Best Flat Iron for Curly Hair

I have curly hair that once it is blow dried it is a frizzy mess. I have tried the "wet to straight" flat iron, a $40 flat iron from sally's Beauty and a Chi Flat Iron. The Sedu Flat Iron is 100X better than any of my other two flat irons. It used to take me over an hour to straighten my hair and NOW it takes only 20-30. The Sedu iron gets my hair shiny and smooth (and not to mention- really flat) while it straightens quicker with less going over the same pieces. I would recommend this product to ANYONE and EVERYONE that has similar hair qualities like mine. It's expensive but worth every penny. Even if it died in like a year- I would still buy a new one- SO WORTH IT!! So shiny!!
Still Works At Its Best!

I have had this straightening iron for over a year and it still works like new. It straightens my hair quickly and it lasts straightened forever. It is perfect with my thick hair and I'm very impressed.

heats up very quickly, does an amazing job straightning hair. I already had two of these and they both broke on me. i had to send my first one back to get a new on and the second on also broke. its a great product, except for it breaking all the time when its an expensive flat iron.
Best flat iron for hair obsessed perfectionists!

I never go anywhere without straightening/styling my hair(very curly, frizzy otherwise) so I have tried a lot more products that I'd like to admit. I always do my share of research before buying any hair styling product and this Sedu flat iron is definitely my favorite. There is so much you can do with it, I had it for about 2 months and it does take a bit of a learning curve. I almost fried my hair the first time I used it because the temp gets so much higher than with my old Wigo flat iron.Which means the Sedu cuts styling time to almost half if you use it correctly. hehe The size of the plates is perfect to try so many different styles,I hate when my hair looks unnatural and arrow-straight(When people can tell you used a flat iron...I know, I know I am crazy, isn't that the whole purpose of a flat iron?lol) ...with this iron I can flip my hair all kinds of ways and it looks awesome!! it really accentuates highlights if you have any, it also makes your hair Oh so shiny! I use Biosilk lotion (just a little) before ironing my hair and it works wonders, plus it protects from damage. I always get compliments on my hair, people swear my hair is naturally straight/mildly wavy.I love it!!! It also comes with a two year warranty so for someone like me who uses it on a VERY regular basis its a perfect deal. CONS - only one I can think of, it has not heat proof layer or something like that so you can squeeze the plates together if you want without risking third degree burns.
BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I love this flat iron, i have wavy/curly frizzy hair and it works amazing!!!!!!! its so worth the price, i have had mine for a year i think now and it works just as good as the day i got it( which is perfect!) one great thing is the adjustable heat, so it heat to what i need. i love this product and encourage you to get it! you wont regret it! * One this that is a must though is use heat protector...but as far as flat iron go its the least damaging i have ever used! *the plug takes up both plug spots.
