I have been using this great little tool for quite a few years. Don't remember how many. Now I must order a new one. I guess it finally wore out. Truthfully, I never used this for filing my nails.I used it for dry cuticles, calluses and to grind down toenails that thicken as you age.I DID use it gently. The vibration is a little much for fingernails. I wish it didn't cost any more than I paid for the first one ($10 or $12) but that was years ago. I would like to buy about 6 or 8 of them so I could give all my girls one. Char K. Krum, Texas

I use this manicure set for my dog, Winnie. Her veins are very close to the edge of her nails so it makes it difficult to trim them with a nail clipper without cutting the vein. When I use this product, the vein recedes and I am able to use this as a trimmer since I cannot trim them with a nail clipper. We are happy with the results.
Finally wore out after 24 yrs

I have owned a Supernail Deluxe Manicure Machine for 24 years and it FINALLY wore out. Realizing this isn't professional quality I was skeptical when I recieved it in my Christmas stocking 24 years ago. I have had many years of faithful service from this little tool, have used it nearly every week for all those years on my cuticles and nails. When it quit it wasn't defective, just worn out from use. I've done nothing special to prolong it's life but haven't abused it either. I've kept it in it's original box adn sanitized it after each use. I plan to order another to replace my old friend and if I get 1/4 the service from the new one, I'd be more than happy.
