I have been using this no poo shampoo for six months and my hair has never been healthier! I never realized how harsh regular shampoos are until you try this shampoo. When I first tried it I thought I had bought conditioner, but it's real gentle, but cleansing. The only problem I have with it is that you must use a lot if it to clean your hair. This is the only shampoo I use now. I recommend to all!
