The CHI is honestly the most popular and best flat iron out there...they have it in all colors...I have really curly hair and no straightener ever works but when i used my friends i had to get my own!!! Its AMAZING!!!

I got this flat iron from my sister in law and she had already used it for a couple of months and passed on to me it has been almost 2 years since this and Im still in love with it. I have think very curly hair and it straightens it sooo quick. unfortunaltly its not working so well latley, but I have only my self to blame i did not take the propper care of it....Iam buying another one and it will definatly be one just like this one again.

I purchased this hair straightener in August 2009....and was sooo excited because I had a drugstore one, and it wouldn't straighten my hair ONE bit. My hair is damaged already (from swimming), and I reccomend because of the heat, you use some kind of protection with it. This straightens my hair soooo well! It leaves it soft, and shiny, lots of people LOVE my hair. It might be alittle exensive to others...but trust me, it is totally worth it! (:

I have very long, very thick, very CURLY hair. This straightner has been my best friend for 2 years. I woudlnt' trade it for anything. It has good heat, it straightns and smooths my hair like no other straightner ever could!!! I would recommend it to anyone...awesome awesome AWESOME!

I love my CHI, I have never had a straightener like it before. I have super curly hair, and the CHI makes my hair bone straight(like I like it!!!) I would so recmmend the CHI to any and everybody!!!

i love my chi. i wouldnt know what id do without it. i live in houston and its pretty humid and all other straightners ive used, didnt withstand the heat and my hair would end up curly within minutes but not with the chi.. the chi straightens and keeps it straightned. its amazing, it gets rid of all my curls and all my frizz i dont know how it does it but im impressed, i wouldnt choose any other product

I got my chi iron for my 16th or 17th birthday and I'm about to turn 21 and it still works (CHI pink iron limited edition). I'm a college student, and wouldn't like to say that I'm careless, but it has been dropped several times. Dropping it too hard can sometime break the plates off of it (this happened to a friends) but it has never happened to mine. I wrap the cord around it all the time when on the go. It has traveled the United States, over to Europe, the Caribbean, and Canada with me and STILL works. I too have thick curly hair and it straightens it and keeps it straight, even overnight. I have had my pink CHI for a little over 3 years, and there has been NOTHING wrong with it! :) I use it almost every day and it leaves my hair perfectly straight for the WHOLE day! I can also flip or curl my hair with it too, and it doesn't tangle or catch my hair in the straightener at all. Some people complain about their CHI's breaking or something isn't right with it, when all you have to do is take care of it. Don't drop your CHI (have never dropped mine), and don't wrap the cord around the straightener!! (it's bad for the cord, it makes it's life shorter) But trust me, when you are thinking about buying a straightener, go with this CHI! It's in such a cute pink and it has never let me down!!!! :)

i got my pink leopard print ultra chi at ulta in june. It takes me about 20 minutes to straighten my naturally banana curls all over hair. I havent had any problems yet and it ws definetly worth the money.

I have super thick, wavy hair and it used to take an hour to straighten my hair with my revlon (which i had for a year) or the 2 conairs that I had (they were absolute crap they both shut off after a year). Now, it takes 20-30 minutes to do my hair now and it lasts, and it feels and looks GREAT. I've only had it for about a week but I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!! I coloured my hair in May and when I used it on christmas and after(when i got it), people were asking me if i got my hair done (so i guess it made my colour look better). I highly recommend this product.
