I have used this product on my upper lip and on my bakini and it works very well! I highly recommend this product to anyone who really just wants a nice at home kit. I also love the lotion you put on after your done waxing. It smells so good and it really relaxes your skin after. AMAZING PRODUCT! BUY IT!

I don't know why some people think it's not good. I used it just a few days ago and it worked well! My boyfriend waxed my pubes for me and the result was awesome even though it's his first time to wax body. It was my 4th time. 1st, I waxed mine in a very expensive salon and it was perfect. It took just 5 min, no pain, no scar. But soon I realized it's quite expensive comparing to other normal shops. So I went to Russian girl's salon and it was horrible. She touched my sensitive area with her long nails. 3rd time was thai girl's salon and it was even worse!!! (I wanna kill her!) She used wax so many times to same area and I saw my bleeding skin that night. My boyfriend didn't want me to go to salon anymore cos I suffered so much. But one day, we found this stuffs, and I'm pleased to find it. You don't have to go to salon anymore and much cheaper! With this package, you can use it 3 times or more! And fast! No more money, no more blood. I'm happy with my soft skin now. (And it works for very strong skin too! My hair is quite strong.)
Great product

I have been getting brazilian waxes for years now but just can't afford to go to the salon anymore. This kit worked really well and I think it helped that I have seen it done so many times in the salon so I picked up a lot from watching them. Although there are some areas I have a harder time with (because it hurts. we're pulling hair from a sensitive area people, of coure it hurts!) it has gotten easier each time. I do find that heating in 1 minute increments works best. and using a candle warmer to keep it hot is helpful too. If you follow the directions and improvise a little with the heating time you should have no problems.

I have never been so enthused with a particular product that I've rushed to find a review site immediately after I've used it. In fact, I've never even written a product review before. But here I am, with that familiar freshly-waxed tingle emanating from my lap, at 12:46am, writing about Gigi's brazilian bikini wax kit. It's been about a year that I've been frequenting a salon for brazilian waxes. I've been considering a DIY wax for some time, but never thought I could inflict that much pain on myself, especially in the nooks and crannies. What finally drove me to try this product was 1) the hit I took financially on April 15 and my subsequent disinterest in paying $45 plus tip to my dear esthetician to keep me unfuzzed and 2) the endorsement of the salesperson at my local beauty supply store. So I went for it, keeping in mind the salesperson's warning to "keep the skin taut!" I am so excited I took the plunge- at first, I figured I'd just do my bikini line on my upper thighs and leave the more daunting section for my waxer. But the pain wasn't nearly what I had expected, so I continued moving inwards and around and down until the hair got narrower and narrower. With some bending, twisting, and a few serious "one, two three pull's!!" I have near-professional results. I keep staring at my crotch in disbelief. This was surprisingly less painful than the salon- maybe because of the preparatory oils, maybe because hard wax is gentler on the skin than strip wax. Maybe it's because I don't have to make inane small talk while laying on my back half-naked and spread-eagle. Whatever the reason, I'm sold on doing it at home now. I didn't even have to resort to my usual bag of intoxicating tricks, like red wine, ibuprofen or that overpriced numbing cream. This wasn't a flawless experience- I had a few drips of wax fall on my hand mirror and some missed hairs that I had to tweeze, but overall, I can't rave enough about this product. I'm now trying to figure out what body part I can wax next... Obrigada, Gigi!

I bought this product after reading a bundle of mixed reviews. I have had a professional brazilian wax, and I wax my own eyebrows and other body parts. I hated spending so much at a salon to have a random person wax my "special place" and then have it grow back 3 days later, it wasn't worth it. I bought this product so I could try waxing at home because I was tired of shaving. I found that the negative reviews would be correct if the person hadn't tried waxing ever before, or didn't follow directions correctly. I microwaved the wax for 30 seconds, then stirred, then another, then stirred, then one more time, stirred and it was the perfect consistency. It was easy to spread, dried quickly, if it dried to slow for some of you, you heated it too long. It was more painful trying to get an end up on the wax to wax it off, so strips would be helpful in preventing initial pain. As for waxing it off, it was less painful then in a salon. Overall, I had great results, I did have to pluck a few hairs, but so far no grow back and it has been 3 days. My advice to those having problems with it, you should go to a salon first to see what they do, to better understand how to properly wax. Second, waxes hurt, this product doesn't deserve negative reviews for pain, the first wax always hurts, but after that it gets easier. Third depending on your microwave the way it heats is going to vary, so judge by the initial 30 seconds. If it is still too hard then microwave again and try to stir every time. The consistency I had that worked the best was like a heated caramel. I definitely recommend this product to someone who knows how to wax themselves, and doesn't try to rush the process, because it is time consuming to get a nice even wax! I have tried other waxes, and they just didn't get the job done, so this is definitely a product I will continue to use.
Awesome Product!

If you follow the directions, this kit works great! This was my first time doing the brazilian and everything worked just as you would expect it to in a salon. The wax really removes all of the hair. Great way to save yourself some money every few weeks! I definitely will be buying more in the future!
Works Wonders!!!

Ladies, this is the best!! I just bought one and I had salon like results only cheaper and I didnt have to show my intimate areas to an stranger!!! It is painful, I wont lie! but it is so worthy!!! My tip to make it less painful is to trim the hair up to 0.5 cm long, or maybe less and start from the bottom working your way up to the top (if you are going to go complete bold as I do) also the numbing spray works, still hurts but not as bad!! This product is the best I've tried, its not messy and it does work wonderful!! I love it!! oohh I use it for my underarm area and it is beautiful I simple LOVE THIS PRODUCT, it is an excellent product!! and ladies! go bold! it is nice!!

I love this wax, I have never been to a professional yet I did this on my own and loved it. If I can do it, you can do it! just be careful when handling. All those people that gave this wax bad reviews must be reviewing other waxes or just plain clumsy. When stirring it, stir s l o w.
LOVE IT!!

This product will save me a ton of money!! I do need some practice with it, but am very pleased with the results. Best of all, no more embarassment of having someone else do this and also it was much more comfortable - it removed the hair but I didn't have near the pain I experience when done professionally. Will definitely buy/use again.
Very Impressed

I was very impressed with this product. I, too, had been getting waxes for about a year and was tired of forking out money. I do think the first time you ever get one should be done by a professional so you see how they do it. I would have made more of a mess and hurt myself if I just tried it on my own. Every brazillian wax is painful so no one should be getting upset with that. You cannot get around it. It is messy but with experience it will be easy. I am getting a another jar today so I never run out. I was very satisifed and recommend this to anyone who goes to the salon once a month! Save your money and time!!
