This blow dryer is amazing! I love it and have had it over 5yrs. Honestly never had any problems. I've had really long hair for as long as I can remember. I use my Rocket dryer everyday now that I have bangs, before it was 4 times a week. #1 blow dryer!!
fine hair with a lot of breakage

I have very fine brunette hair. After highlighting/coloring, blow drying and flat ironing my hair for years, it became very dry and brittle (especially on the ends). This causes my hair to be very frizzy and dry looking. After getting this blow dryer, it definitely helped my hair look more shiny and helped the frizzies stay down. I still have breakage and frizz, but the chi rocket works alot better than my old cheap one. I dont use my flat iron as much as I did before since this dryer minimizes the frizz. I would reccomend this to anyone but caution them that the dryer can get very hot and you should never place the end of the dryer directly on your hair!! My two favorite thins about this dryer 1. minimizes frizz 2.) makes it shine more.

Hey all you chi buyers. read the fine print it just says a 1 year warranty.so dnt expect it to work for 3 years duh!!!

I have had the Rocket Chi for 4 years and haven't had any problems. My hair is very curly and frizzy and there is no dryer that can make my hair frizz free and shine like this dryer does. It dries my hair in 20 minutes and I have very long hair. Other dryers take over an hour to dry my hair and my hair is still frizzy. I'm very happy with this product. I use it on my family and friends and they think that I am an expert in drying hair when in fact the one that it is doing all the work is the dryer. I recommend this product for any hair type.
no more flat iron

I have wavy hair and a ton of it. This dryer leaves my hair straight and shiny. I haven't used my straight iron since I bought this dryer.

my plug blew on this of course it was a year and a half later so the warranty was just up. i sent it back to CHI and they sent me a new one but i had to paid repair and shipping cost which was like $50 buck but well worth it when im trying to blow dry clients hair quick with great results! if you buy it in a professional store you can bring it back to where you bought it if its before the year warranty is up and they will give you a new one right there.

This dryer is great for medium to long thick hair. If you have shorter thin hair the 1300 watt dryer is better, as this dryer can burn you if your not careful. I've had rocket for 4 or 5 years. The only problem I've had is the "plastic pieces" on the side falling into the dryer, as described in a previous review. But that only occurred in the last month. I handle my dryer with care. I resolved the problem by placing duct tape over the hole, works just like new. In any case, I've got my money's worth out of it, and wouldn't think twice about buying another. Say good bye to using a flat iron again, unless you want curls.

This is the fastest, hotest, hairdryer. I can't use anyting else. I have had mine for one year, and use it 4 days a week on clients. The local beauty supply charges 189.00, so this is a great price. Wish I had bought mine here.

A friend bought my younger daughter a Chi Dryer and she loved it. My older daughter wanted one and I bought it at your web site. I was very please with the over all service and now i know that I can trust FOLICA. My daughter recieved her CHI dryer for her birthday and she loves it. Thanks for the great service you offer.
