Quiet, fast, and frizz free

I read pages of comments before ordering this hair dryer and decided to give it a try. My hair is fine and naturally wavy/curly and frizzes in the hot Florida air. I was amazed at how healthy my hair looked after using it the first time. The dryer is ergonomically made making it easy to hold and style at the same time. I am not a hair dresser. I plan on keeping this purchase, although more exensive than I would ever expect to pay for a hair dryer, but well worth the money. Excellent quality and results.

The first time I used it my hair felt great. The second time, the fan went into high (I can't style on high) and would not go back into low, even though the switch was on the low setting. I have the labels to send it back to exchange, but it took an e-mail (no response) and a phone call, then a few days to e-mail me the shipping label. I'm looking forward to getting it exchanged because my hair really did feel healthier. Folica did respond and they have been very nice about it, it just took a little longer than it should have. I will still do business with them, they have great prices and products.
Excellent, light weight but powerful

I own a Chi Rocket as well as the Sedu and love them both. They both work fast and do wonders to my hair. The Sedu as compared is lightweight does not get as hot so I expect, it would be better for finer hair. Ever since the first time I started using it, my hair looks so much better, healthier and more lusterous, I never again, wish to use a non-professional dryer. I am able to take the Sedu with me when I travel, as it is light enough to carry, and now, I always have great looking hair. I consider it to be a very good investment and regret not getting it much sooner.
Glad I took a Risk!

I really hated to spend this much on a dryer, but my hair is fine and a little naturally curly. This dryer definately makes my hair smoother, much better than the cheap hair dryer I had been using. Now I want to get the Sedu flat iron :) Now my hair looks more like it does when my hair stylist blow dries it. BTW it is not that heavy, don't think that is an issue. I don't think it is at all.

I've used many professional dryers. The sedu by far dries the hair faster and leaves a beautiful shine on the hair. Excellent product!
Sedu really does give healthier, shinier, straiter hair!

I've had the Sedu hairdryer for about three months now and I can truly say that I really love it. My previous hairdryer was a Tourmaline Ionic that I bought at Sally Beauty Supply for about $60. I had it for about four years until it died and I thought it did an ok job...that is until I used the Sedu Ultrapower hairdryer. My hair is very wavy and I dry it in sections with a round brush to straighten it out. My drying time hasn't been cut dramatically shorter, but I use to have to flat-iron after I blow-dried to straighten all the areas that were still frizzy and now with the Sedu I don't need to! That saves me a ton of time in itself! My hair comes out void of frizz, (and seems to stay that way even on rainy days) very shiny and healthy looking. I use all the best products on my hair and I have tried every product out there to get my hair to look this good. Now I know it is all about the hairdryer! My husband couldn't believe I spent $140 on a hairdryer but when he saw the results, even he said it was worth it. One thing that can be improved on this hairdryer are the buttons. I do love the flexibility of the 3-heat & 3-fan settings, but the buttons are very easy to change by accident until you get used to them. Also the cool-shot button is not very easy to use if you have longer fingernails. Sedu really needs to improve the buttons in order to make this hairdryer perfect. If you don't buy this hairdryer I do recommend that you buy a professional hairdryer in the $100 price range, the money you spend is definitely worth it!

I got this incredible blower for Christmas and I cannot stop singing it's praises. dries my hair so fast ..and straight? How about straight and ridiculously silky. My friends at work literally started complementing my hair appearance and texture.I know this sounds like a moronic, over hyped up commercial.Lol.But it's true.I have purchased probably 10 blowers in search of the perfect blower.Search over.Found.Done.Nothing left to say>And girls?Find something else crazy to worry about, cuz the hair dryer mission is over.Finito.All the best.

I like the Sedu hair dryers so much I bought this one as a gift for my girlfriend who couldn't stop raving about mine. I own the DC motor version which is a little quieter but slightly less powerful. Still more than sufficient in any event. I just thought she might prefer a little more drying power since she has longer hair. Both dryers are excellent and I highly recommend either one!
Excellent Hairdryer

Sedu vs Solano
Reviewer: Laura from

The Sedu is great! I have owned probably six Solanos over the years but finally got tired of them only lasting a short time before something went wrong - smoking, low power, etc. So I read the reviews for Sedu & decided to take the chance - great dryer - so much lighter than the Solano but just as powerful. I have long, extremely thick wavy & curly hair & it gets the job done! I would recommend it to all!
