this product is the best i have very thick hair and its waivy and i have tried so many products and by all of them this one is the best you have to use it on damp/wet hair then straighten out did not weigh my hair down at all myhair actually looked like those models on the cover of a magazine which you would never think i have waivy hair im buying this stuff by the dozen
love it!

Redken Align is awesome, it doesn't weigh my hair down and it doesn't make it greasy. It makes it soft and smooth, and I feel like it's protecting my hair from blow drying and straightening. Definitely worth the money.

This is such a great product. I love how it doesnt weigh my hair down. This is by far one of the best Redken products I have ever used. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!

I use this on my niece's hair. On her hair, Redken align 12 is awesome! It cuts the flat iron time because the blow dryer does most of the work. With this product, I can easily blow dry her hair and it has tons of shine, no frizz, and looks so straight - that a flat iron isn't really needed (but I haven't tried it without the flat iron). Smells great too! It's a perfumy type smell not a fruity smell. Important...DO NOT use this on almost dry hair. It is best to use it on wet hair (or lightly towel dried). She put it in her hair once almost dry and it turned out sticky and looked greasy. But on wet/towel dry hair, it's awesome!

I had this product about a year ago, and it worked SO well! I admit, i don't have that great of a straightener, but using this product really really helps! Seeing how it worked when I had it, and now without it, I want to get it again! It dramatically takes away from straightening time, which helped me in the long run.The first pic is with the product during the summer. My hair was that straight for at LEAST 7 hours. The 2nd pic is without the product and my hair is not stick straight(thats how i want my hair to be.)For the price, IT IS WORTH IT. TRUST ME!!!!

i have thick, wavy hair that i could never get to stay straight due to the humidity in florida. about 8 months ago i used this stuff and my hair stays straight all day! i've gone through 2 bottles and i'm almost done with my 3rd. i can't live without it! it's absolutely fantastic!

I have natural wavy hair that tends to frizz out fairly easily. This is the only product with whcih I am able to get my hair straight with blow drying alone and not making my hair frizzier. I get it pretty straignt but I still have fullness, so I often opt to use a flat iron to smooth it. But it takes half the time. My hair never appears to be damaged or burnt smelling using this product. In fact, I love the smell of this stuff. The longer the day goes on, the smoother and silkier my hair gets and it feels great, I can't even mess it up.
My hair is now tamed!!

I have hard to manage, hard to tame hair. Just a small amount of this cream with my blow dryer was able to smooth my hair. I will definitely continue to use this product.

I bought this stuff today and this stuff works pretty good but I still have flyaways, so that's why I had to give it 4 stars. Also, the reason it only get's 4 stars is because it doesn't really protectant my ends(therefore making it a tad bit harder to straighten), so I had to put some Redken Smoothing Serum on my ends and than straighten, but other than that it smells great and it did straighten. Next time I'll try putting it on when it's actually damp as opposed to towel dried(my hair wasn't dripping wet but it wasn't damp either). I like it because it's not heavy like most balms.
