I am Italian/Greek and my hair is very course and thick, this straightner is great, it makes my hair shiny straight without dulling/damaging it. Great product!

The Chi turbo is awesome. It goes up to 400 degrees, and the soft velvet keeps from burning yourself. It is easy to style my hair the way i like. The Chi is also good for times when you only have 5-10mins to do you're hair. I would consider this device the Best Flat Iron.

Great price! The same flat iron at Ulta cost $169! Shipping was fast as well. I love this flat iron! My hair gets super straight and shiny and stays that way until I wash it. The 1.5 inch width is great for long hair. I always used a 1 inch, but I prefer this as I can straighten my hair quicker, and it's not too large to manage. I would recommend a thermal protecter spray due to the high heat.

This is the best product! I purchased my first CHI Turbo about 5 years ago, and it lasted until just about a month ago! I was shocked, since I used to go through the cheaper flat irons in a matter of months, before discovering CHI. I had the 2" model, which they no longer make, since I have a lot of hair, which is rather curly/wavy. This time I got the 1 1/2" and I think I like it even better than the 2". It still works faster than a 1", but is easier to get to the roots than my old 2". Any time I use someone else's straightener I am reminded of why I love my CHI. It clamps better and glides more smoothly over my hair than any other. Definitely the best one out there & the pricing and customer service at Folica is really unbeatable! A very happy customer...

This flat iron is fantastic. Heats up in no time. Easy to use. So much gentler on my hair than the drugstore variety. My hairstylist recommended this brand to me, and I couldn't be happier. Just wish it came with a storage case.
