Well worth the expense--- I've had mine for about a year and a half now, and it still works very well. Just be sure to catch your break out early, with enough treatments, and Zeno is very helpful. That means, if you start it on a big pimple, you waited too late. Use it when the pimple first forms before it has damaged the skin. It takes time to learn, but it is well worth the investment.

I just wrote another Zeno Review on this site, but I wanted to put it on a current Zeno Listing for Folica too. To repeat myself, let me start by saying I have seen definite questionable patterns on this site (and others) regarding Zeno reviews that are not positive, and I'll just leave it at that. Unfortunately with many good products, there are always people that will try to discredit a product's effectiveness. Extremely disappointing! However, despite all this nonsense, the clinical data doesn't lie. I have used Zeno and know that it really works. At first, I didn't believe Zeno's clinical data that 90% of pimples resolve within 24 hours, until I tried it myself. Read the manual. Follow the directions. Use the product properly. Decide for yourself, not some person on a computer that can write anything they want and you don't know a thing about their credibility. You can get it at many retail stores and doctors offices, so I would just try it for yourself. You can always return it within 30 days (no trouble) if it doesn't work for you. Give it 30 days though, and take the time to learn how to use it properly on new pimples (before they become big and damage the skin). It is ok to use it a few more times, if necessary on the big, painful ones. But, make sure you charge it overnight when you first get it too (just like a cell phone) and keep it charged weekly. Don't try to cheat the treatment time either because you won't get results. Very simple technology. Low consistent heat kills the pimple's p.acnes bacteria. This is basic verifiable science. P.acnes bacteria accounts for about 90% of pimples. Therefore, if it doesn't work for you, I would definitely see a skin doctor because you most likely have a less common form of acne. Of course, not every bump on your face is a pimple either so it is naive to think otherwise.

I did a lot of research before trying Zeno. I saw a lot of very helpful reviews with some good information (thank you!). However, it was interesting to note that a lot of the negative reviews showed similarities and gave no real or helpful information(very disappointing to see this when reviews are meant to help others). I decided to bite the bullet and try Zeno anyway because I could return it within 30 days. All I can say is that it worked for me BY THE BOOK. For example, I used it last night (while watching tv) on a brand NEW pimple and this morning it was gone. It is important to use it for the entire time when the pimple first apprears. It is really a dream come true. I have used it on several pimples since and the results have all been the same, which is gone within 24 hours. Once the heat kills what is inside the pimple, it seems to gradually take the pimple away by the next day or so, so I would not pick at it (which is hard to do, I know). What it also does is immediately reduce the swelling of the pimple and this helps with soreness right away. I have tried everything and I don't know of any other pimple product that can do this. I echo others, it is truly AMAZING!

I had seen the zeno in my dermatologist's office and thought it was pretty cool. I decided to give it a whirl. I'm so glad I did. I have mild to moderate acne and fair skin. If I use zeno on the pimple when it first comes up, it works just like it says. Most of my pimples only require 1-2 treatments and are completely gone when I wake up the next day...truly a miracle! I just make sure I use the zeno when the pimple first emerges for the entire two and a half minute treatment (like the directions say). Occassionally, I get the stubborn really huge pimple of all pimples...when this happens, I just use the Zeno until I am sure it is gone. I can't say enough about how great this product is and how it does produce the results it claims (it has saved me much $$$ in doctor's visits). The tips last a long time too (my first tip lasted about 6 months). I absolutely love it!

I got the Zeno beore it even came out to the public.And this product is absolutly amazing. I will use it before I go to bed and wake up with clear skin. I use it on bumps that havent quite surfaced yet but are sore, and there gone forever. If this product hasnt worked for you, you havent used it right, because every person I have use it on (which is many, many people) it has worked. Even through stress and PMS, my skin stays clear and beautiful!!! Just make sure you clean the tips after every use to achieve mind blowing results!!! It is well worth the money and will last forever! I LOVE IT!!!!

this product has been a miracle - i used to stay home from work at least once a month due to a huge and disgusting break out but NEVER AGAIN. i use Neostrata skin care which helps too but whenever i get a red bump that may turn into a pimple i zap it right away with this and it NEVER GROWS into a pimple. i have seriously had one pimple in the last 4 months that i have used this product. all the other red bumps that were going to become pimples dried up in less than a day. i thought i was throwing my money away when i bought this but it has become my secret weapon and shares a pocket in my purse with my cell, it is THAT GOOD.
